Human Practice is guided by a simple belief: being human is complex, and not something to be fixed but explored and understood.
Founded by Alice Leslie after more than a decade in the NHS and private practice, Human Practice combines modern cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness and psychoeducation with a compassionate, evidence-based approach.
Here, individual therapy and workplace wellbeing workshops are two sides of the same idea: helping people and teams understand their minds, change unhelpful patterns, and find more balanced ways to think, work and live. This is a space for curiosity and growth – grounded in science, yet open to the full richness of human experience.
Clients often describe a sense of relief when they arrive: things make sense, they feel understood, and they come to recognise that what they’re going through is human and will evolve over time. Human Practice supports clarity, connection and enjoyment along the way.
